Build-your-own-bouquet flower bars come fully stocked with a variety of cut-flowers, ribbons, twine, rubber bands, bouquet wraps, and mason jars, to entertain your party or event guests! The flowers and supplies are presented attractively on a cocktail cart.
The cut-flower varieties cultivated at Garden Forest have been specifically chosen for their wildflower aesthetic. The bouquets that are created from the bouquet bars give the look and feeling of wildflowers collected from a country road and exquisite garden. The charm of this sweet, pastoral aesthetic is glamorized with the inclusion of large, luxurious blooms of tulips, peony, roses, dahlias, and other impressive flowers, that are blooming seasonally.
Build-your-own-bouquet flower bars are perfect for weddings and vow renewals. Birthday flower bars entertain little girls at birthday parties, glamorize quinceañeras and sweet 16s, and enchant grandma or great-grandma at her milestone birthday.
Seasonal flowers are not recommended for outdoor events, as cut-flowers should not be exposed to high heat and direct sun.
Garden Forest's seasonal cut-flowers are luxury flowers, grown by hand, without the use of pesticides, on a wildlife habitat certified flower farm. The flowers in your flower bar will be an assortment of what is blooming seasonally. You can inquire about what flowers *may* be blooming on your date! I cannot provide flowers that are specific wedding colors, but if you tell me your color in the notes at check-out, I can try to look for that color in the flowers that are blooming, or colors that accent it.
Flower Mini-bar: makes about 8 large bouquets. Includes ribbons, twine, rubberbands, wraps, mason jars. $235. Deluxe Flower Micro-bar includes more premium flowers, fancier ribbon. $335.
Signature Flower Bar: makes about 16 large bouquets. Includes ribbons, twine, rubberbands, wraps, mason jars. $435. Deluxe Flower Mini-bar includes more premium flowers, fancier ribbon. $535.
Celebration Flower Bar: makes about 24 large bouquets. Includes ribbons, twine, rubberbands, wraps, mason jars. $635. Deluxe includes more premium flowers, fancier ribbon. $735.
Flower bars must be ordered a minimum of six months in advance. Cancellations: a full refund will be given for the first 30 days. A 1/2 refund will be given in the first 60 days. It has to be this way because I must order the seeds, tubers, corms and/or bulbs and get them shipped, and grow them, cancellations can be devastating, in addition to the date then going unfilled by someone else. Please be certain when you order. There are very limited reasons someone may receive a full refund after the first 30 days. A $100 refundable deposit is required for the cocktail cart and serving containers, which must be returned within 3 days of the event.
Choose the weekend of your event below to check out, regardless of if your event is on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Pick-up can be made the day before the event. Indicate in the notes at check-out the day of your event, when the flower bar will be picked up, and who is authorized to pick it up besides the paying customer.

WILDFLOWER WEDDING/EVENT TIPS: Purchase a flower bar for build your own wildflower bridal and bridesmaids bouquets. Order a larger bar to have flowers for boutounnièrs and event decoration. Pair a flower bar with a tray or trays of eight 16oz mason jar arrangements to have flowers on every table. Get an extra tray of 16oz mason jar arrangements for the cake table, guest book table, entry area, head table, bar. Also available, pre-made wildflower aesthetic bouquets sold by the bucket of four. Ideal for each of the bridesmaids' bouquets; pair two together for the bridal bouquet. Not recommended for outdoor events.
